若果2011年是奠基之年，2014年“ 全年大满贯” 则是亚庇篮总的最高峰。
尤其经过数十年来的磨练，亚庇篮总勿论在财政运作、管理或球队表现皆进入佳境，随着冯春发于2009 年掌任主席之后，认真及努力的经营下，终于横扫了六项全州赛冠军，缔造了从未有过的“ 全州赛大满贯” 的辉煌记录。
「其实，大家都没想到，2014 年将永志在亚庇篮总的历史里，这一年我们拿下了全年所有冠军，即六项全州赛冠军和三项婆罗洲杯冠军，没有尝过任何的败绩。。。。」
在这一年的开始，亚庇篮总如常忙着主办各种大小赛事，也如往般派出县队参加全州赛，大家都知道，球场上瞬息万变，没人能保证必定赢球，所以只能寄望球员发挥正常，打出应有的表现，「虽然亚庇曾经在2011 年有横扫全州赛冠军的记录，但接着总是在某全州赛只拿下亚军，直到2014 年，从男女的成年球员，到15 岁以下的球员都是精英中的精英，必然能够有一番作为。。。。。」
If 2011 was the foundation year, then the “Grand Slam of the Year” of 2014 was the absolute pinnacle for the Kota Kinabalu Basketball Association (KKBA).
After decades of refinement, KKBA reached a new level of excellence in its financial operations, management, and team performance. Under the diligent leadership of Fung Chun Fatt, who became Chairman in 2009, the association’s earnest efforts eventually led to a clean sweep of six state titles in 2011, establishing a glorious, unprecedented record.
2014 was also the busiest year for the association. Beyond organizing regular selection trials, it hosted the State U18 Youth Championship and the 13th Borneo City Cup. While committee members worked tirelessly from start to finish, their dedication was ultimately rewarded with this prestigious honor.
“To be honest, no one expected 2014 to be etched so permanently in the history of KKBA. That year, we captured every single available trophy—six state titles and three Borneo Cup titles—without suffering a single defeat…”
At the start of 2014, KKBA was busy organizing various local tournaments and preparing district teams for state-level competitions. Everyone knows that anything can happen on the court and victory is never guaranteed; the hope was simply for the players to perform to their full potential. While KKBA had swept the state titles in 2011, they had often settled for runner-up spots in the years following. However, by 2014, the roster from the senior levels down to the U15 squads consisted of the “elite of the elite,” signaling that something special was on the horizon.

沙巴杯男四连冠
随着从三月举行美罗轮胎杯20 岁以下、亚庇篮总杯以及亚洲企业杯17 岁以下，亚庇篮总已做好准备，在5 月间面临沙巴杯的第一个挑战。
这一年的第23届沙巴杯远在仙本那举行，订在5 月1 日至6 日，在各种不利的因素下，尤其男队球员无法凑足人数，甚至初赛数役只有八人上阵，到了决赛也只有十人的阵容，但是亚庇男队打出激昂的士气，在初赛以109 比擒下吧巴、106 比51 击败东道主仙本那、以86 比61 勇挫实必丹，以A 组正盟主身份杀入半决赛。遇上了斗湖强旅，也顺利以81 比55 胜出。
在决赛中，亚庇男队再次展出雄厚的实力，以84 比66 擒下京那巴当岸，成功完成了历史上的四连冠。
新届的沙巴杯自1989 复办之后，还没有球队能够完成四连冠！这已是亚庇篮总在这一年缔造的另一项创举！
反观，女子组只有五队参与下，亚庇女队轻轻松松，以113 比45 击败东道主仙本那、以89 比58击败吧巴、以88 比57 击败斗湖、以93 比64 击败拿笃，四战全胜的记录重新夺下了冠军。
由于沙巴杯的战绩常有变化，可是亚庇在全州赛第一炮交出了如此漂亮的战绩，也加强了大家的信心，继续向着大满贯之路前进。
Sabah Cup: Boys’ Four-Peat
Following the Metro Tyre Cup (U20), the KKBA Cup, and the Asia Enterprise Cup (U17) in March, KKBA was fully prepared for its first major test: the Sabah Cup in May.
The 23rd edition of the Sabah Cup was held in the distant district of Semporna from May 1 to 6. The Mens’ team faced several setbacks, including a shortage of players—at times fielding only eight men during the preliminary rounds and just ten for the final.
Despite this, the KK Mens displayed incredible morale. They dominated Group A, defeating Papar (109–?), the hosts Semporna (106–51), and Sipitang (86–61). They then advanced to the semifinals, where they comfortably beat a strong Tawau side (81–55).
In the final, the KK Mens showcased their immense depth by defeating Kinabatangan 84–66, successfully completing a historic four-peat. Since the Sabah Cup was revived in 1989, no team had ever won four consecutive titles—marking yet another milestone for KKBA.
On the other hand, the KK Womens’ team had a smooth journey in a five-team field. They reclaimed the championship with a perfect 4–0 record, defeating Semporna (113–45), Papar (89–58), Tawau (88–57), and Lahad Datu (93–64).
This dominant opening performance at the state level bolstered the association’s confidence to pursue the ultimate Grand Slam.

U17 男二连冠，女七连冠
只相隔沙巴杯半个月后，第45 届17 岁以下全州赛就在5 月30 日至6 月4 日拿笃登场，亚庇男女队球员皆是去年15 岁以下冠军队的当家，被编入A 组的男队，毫无悬念地以68 比41 击败丹南、以99 比39 击败仙本那、以84 比50 击败东道主拿笃、以77 比52 击败古达，以全胜恣态晋级，在半决赛就以88 比57 勇挫京那巴当岸，决赛则以102比48 杀倒丹南，写下了二连冠的战绩。
亚庇女队方面，可谓是狂风扫落叶，在单循环赛中几乎每战以超出50 分擒下对手，分别以105比24 击败古达、以79 比24 击败拿笃、以103 比17 击败实必丹、以96 比64 击败斗湖，刷新了亚庇女队的新记录，建立了七连冠的创举！
U17 Boys’ Two-Peat and Girls’ Seven-Peat
Just two weeks after the Sabah Cup, the 45th U17 State Championship took place in Lahad Datu (May 30 – June 4). The KK rosters featured the core players from the previous year’s U15 championship teams.
The KK Boys left no room for doubt in Group A, cruising past Tenom (68–41), Semporna (99–39), Lahad Datu (84–50), and Kudat (77–52). They maintained their undefeated streak by overpowering Kinabatangan (88–57) in the semifinals and crushing Tenom (102–48) in the final to secure back-to-back titles.
The KK Girls were a force of nature, sweeping through the round-robin tournament like a whirlwind. They won almost every game by a margin of over 50 points, defeating Kudat (105–24), Lahad Datu (79–24), Sipitang (103–17), and Tawau (96–64). In doing so, they set a new record for the association by achieving an incredible seven-peat.

U15 男夺回冠军，女六连冠
亚庇队于11 月22 日至28 日踏上了保佛举行的第22 届15 岁以下全州赛，由于前两项全州赛皆交出优异的成绩，可谓是压力非常大，不过亚庇篮总派出四支队参赛，除了亚庇男女正选队，也以哥打毛鲁都的名誉派出了副队参战。
虽说如此，亚庇球员皆是经验丰富，皆从小在每个阶段比赛中脱颖，虽然只有区区15 岁或以下，但都能够独当一面，尤其男队乃誓言要夺回去年在斗湖失去的冠军！
被编入B 组的亚庇男队，以100 比49 击败瓜拉班尤、以94 比32 击败纳闽、以107 比28 击败拿笃，几乎是没经过多大考验就杀入八强复赛。
在八强复赛中，亚庇男队以104 比58 力压丹南，然后在半决赛以108 比55 挫败了东道主保佛。
在男子决赛中，亚庇与斗湖再次碰头，凭着去年冠军衔头的斗湖一开始就成功压着对手领先，所幸战略变化及精英球员轮番上阵，才成功把分数抛远，以95 比58 的成绩复仇成功。
至于女子组，亚庇在A 组以88 比43 击败古达、93 比18 击败吧巴、以68 比43 击败京那巴当岸，取得三胜之后杀入六强赛。
在女子六强赛，亚庇与斗湖及实必丹同组，以82 比28 擒下实必丹之后，接着就遇上了斗湖的强力反扑，但还是以81 比65 杀出重围。
在决赛中，亚庇遇上了哥打毛鲁都（亚庇副队），轻松地以78 比55 胜出，写下六连冠的记录。
U15 Boys Reclaim the Title, Girls Secure a Six-Peat
From November 22 to 28, the KK teams traveled to Beaufort for the 22nd U15 State Championship. Having delivered stellar results in the previous two state tournaments, the pressure was immense. To maximize participation, KKBA fielded four teams: the primary KK Boys and Girls teams, as well as secondary teams competing under the banner of Kota Marudu.
Despite their youth, the KK players were seasoned competitors who had risen through the ranks of various age-group tournaments. Though only 15 or younger, they were capable of holding their own—the Boys’ team, in particular, was determined to reclaim the throne they had lost the previous year in Tawau.
Placed in Group B, the KK Boys cruised through the preliminary round, defeating Kuala Penyu (100–49), Labuan (94–32), and Lahad Datu (107–28) without facing a significant challenge. In the quarterfinals, they overpowered Tenom (104–58) before dismantling the hosts, Beaufort (108–55), in the semifinals.
The final saw a rematch between KK and the defending champions, Tawau. Tawau initially held the lead, but through tactical adjustments and the rotation of elite players, KK eventually pulled away to secure a 95–58 victory, successfully exacting their revenge.
In the Girls’ division, KK dominated Group A with three wins over Kudat (88–43), Papar (93–18), and Kinabatangan (68–43). In the “Super Six” stage, they were grouped with Tawau and Sipitang. After dispatching Sipitang (82–28), they overcame a fierce challenge from Tawau (81–65) to reach the final. There, they faced the Kota Marudu team (the KK developmental side) and won comfortably (78–55), marking their sixth consecutive title.

其实，亚庇派出的男女及宿将队，每年参加婆罗洲城市杯篮赛，都交出中规中距的表现，直到2012 年纳闽举行的第14 届赛事，才意外地拿下了男女及宿将组的三项冠军，首次写下三冠的表现。
直到10 月24 日远赴汶莱举行第16 届婆罗洲杯，亚庇本来也没有抱着太大的期望，结果反而每战每胜，亚庇男女及宿将三天内分别击败了美里、汶莱和纳闽这些老对手，再度写下完美的句点。
A Triple Crown at the Borneo Cup
Historically, the KK Men’s, Women’s, and Veteran teams have always performed respectably in the Borneo City Cup. It wasn’t until the 14th edition in Labuan (2012) that KKBA pulled off an unexpected sweep of all three categories.
When the 16th Borneo Cup was held in Brunei on October 24, expectations were modest. However, the teams exceeded all hopes by remaining undefeated. Over three days, the KK Men, Women, and Veterans defeated their long-time rivals from Miri, Brunei, and Labuan, once again achieving a perfect “Triple Crown” finish.

随着2014 年的特殊历史性表现，亚庇篮总隔年1 月16 日举行“2014 年亚庇篮总全年大满贯庆功宴”，广邀篮坛前辈、顾问、校长、教师、球员及职员们欢聚一堂，沙华堂总会长拿督斯里邦里玛吴添泉局绅博士、永久名誉顾问丹斯里陈沛武、亚庇市长拿督阿比丁、大马篮总副会长兼沙巴篮总会长潘志勇、永久名誉主席黄有联、法律顾问拿督于墨斋医生、亚庇市政厅总监拿督杨文海、吴志强先生、法律顾问陈德明律师、医药顾问罗运梅医生、医药顾问华开策医生、甲必丹林文灿和甲必丹张剑华等人皆有赴会。
亚庇篮总主席冯春发在会上说：「对于非篮坛圈内人来说，他们或许认为冠军是由球员挣回来的，但是篮坛前辈以及了解篮坛的运作，大家都清楚知道，球员虽然是站在最前线，但是当他们没有走到最前线的时候，背后是要经过了多少过程，从球员父母的支持，学校、校长和老师们的栽培，顾问和赞助商的资助，主办了比赛发掘了球员的潜能，加上理事会的无私付出，教练的培育，是经过了好多人的付出和支持，大家才会有机会看到胜利的曙光。」
总括而言，“ 横扫了九项冠军，没有输过一场球”，这种纪录是前所未有的，将来也只能够追平这项纪录而己！
The Grand Slam Victory Banquet
To commemorate the historic achievements of 2014, KKBA held the “2014 KKBA Calendar Year Grand Slam Victory Banquet” on January 16 the following year. The event brought together basketball veterans, advisors, school principals, teachers, players, and staff.
Distinguished guests included FCAS President Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. TC Goh, Tan Sri Henry Chin, Kota Kinabalu Mayor Datuk Abidin Madingkir, MABA Vice President and SABA President Pan Chee Yong, and many other prominent community leaders and legal/medical advisors.
During the banquet, KKBA Chairman Fung Chun Fatt remarked:
“To those outside the basketball circle, it might seem that championships are won solely by the players on the court. But our veterans and those who understand the inner workings of the sport know better. While the players are on the front lines, getting them there requires a massive collective effort. From the support of parents and the nurturing of schools and teachers to the financial backing of sponsors and the selfless dedication of our committee and coaches—many hands have worked together to let us see this dawn of victory.”
In summary, a record of “nine championship titles swept with zero losses in a single year” is unprecedented. In the future, other teams
1999 久旱逢甘露
或许你不知道，亚庇篮总的冠军可追溯到七十年代初期（亚庇女队于1972 年拿下全州18 岁以下篮赛冠军），但之后却没听闻过亚庇有拿过全州赛冠军。
2002 苦等卅年的冠军
也许很多人忘记了2002 年干了什么，但是对亚庇篮总来说，这一年是大家等了卅多年，亚庇终于才有机会称霸全州18 岁以下男子组，那是多么漫长的岁月。
